Current Projects

Replace and relocate the air conditioning system for the mainframe computer room in Technology Services.

Recently Completed Projects

Repair & texturize walls, paint, and install new flooring in the Annex 1st floor restroom hallway and restrooms.  We also replaced the faucets with new touchless models which will be mandated in all public buildings within the next 2 years.

We replaced the failed pneumatic controls in the Annex HVAC system with electronic controls. This will allow both electronic monitoring and scheduling of temperature settings.  The scheduling will allow for a more efficient use of power and overall energy savings.
